FOR WHO

• For employees who have been selected after a Europewide or worldwide assessment by means of a
  High Performance and High Potential Matrix and who should receive a training which corresponds to
  the heightened demands.

HOW

• An interdisciplinary Trainer Tandem trains two fields of competency by means of the zipper-method:
  Classical HR-Development training tobilder simultaneously with intercultural / international Know How.
  One of the trainer is a specialist in leadership and management with many years of experience,
  the other trainer a business-experienced intercultural specialist who has worked and lived abroad
  for many years.
• According to the target group the training content is arranged company-specifically
  in modules of 3 days each, which are carried through accompanying the project throughout
  1 or 1 ½ years (project task is given and assessed by the managing director).
• In addition, participants bring in the practical experiences, which they have made in
  intervals between modules, which are integrated into the training.
• Upon completion of the training series a certificate can be handed out.
• Two qualifications in one! "2 in 1" two in one is cost- and time efficient and
  trains the global competency that we need!
